Advantage Machine uses a customized manufacturing software system that tracks and follows purchase orders, material and delivery, inspections and all quality data.
Our inspectors check every part before it leaves our facility to make sure your job is done exactly as ordered.
Certificates of Compliance are furnished with each shipment.
Detailed inspection reports are completed for each job and are available upon request.
Our inspection tools are all marked and calibrated to the NSIT standard and meet the MIL-STD-45662 Quality System Requirements.
Inspection records are retained for a period of seven (7) years, unless otherwise negotiated.
